What You’ll Do:

• Plan unforgettable holidays from Greece to the Galapagos.
• Sell tailor-made travel packages, including tours and cruises.
• Keep customer info organised and handle payments with ease.
• Solve problems before they happen, always putting customer service first.
• Answer calls like a pro and keep those shiny brochures stocked.

What We’re Looking For:

• Top-notch customer service and sales skills.
• Solid travel knowledge.
• Confident use of a computer and phone.
• Bonus: Experience with travel blogs or social media.

Essential Experience:

• Previous travel industry experience (airlines, tour operators or travel agents).
• Strong knowledge of geography and travel logistics.
• Great multitasking and organisational skills.

Education & Training:

• Good English and Maths skills.
• Travel-related courses or personal travel experiences are a big plus.
• Corporate travel roles may need a degree, but passion and customer-first attitude matter most!
