Junior Africa Sales Consultant

London (SW14)

Starting salary between £15,000 to £23,500 (based on experience) plus realistic performance-based commission opportunities between £3-£10k.

The role of our Junior Sales Consultants is to design and sell tailor-made holidays to our clients, providing outstanding and memorable service in all parts of the process to make every holiday special. You will need to be able to do this whilst maximising profits and developing your own destination knowledge through regular travel to Africa and the Indian Ocean. Communicating with your clients to ensure they are aware of our charity partnerships and understand the importance of reducing the carbon output of their travel will also be an important part of what you do.

To be successful in this role you will need to be positive and polite with exceptional attention to detail and a confident and effective communication style. You should also be a great listener, and incredibly determined. Strong IT and tech literacy is a pre-requisite.

The job would suit someone with a genuine passion for travel looking to make a career in the industry. Prior knowledge through living or working in Africa is a plus, but not essential.
