Royal Caribbean International will host 400 new-to-brand agents from its EMEA region at its annual Seminar at Sea.
Royal will host the event onboard an Oasis of the Seas sailing from Barcelona to Rome over 5-9 May.
During the four-night seminar, agents will get to experience a Royal Caribbean International cruise first-hand, trying out the ship’s staterooms and dining venues.
Agents will be invited to tailored training sessions and will engage in a variety of activities such as roleplaying, quizzes and excursions.
There will also be opportunities to sample the onboard entertainment, including the ship’s trio of Perfect Storm waterslides and the Splashaway Bay kids aquapark.
Other highlights also include karaoke bar Spotlight Karaoke and full-scale renditions of musicals such as Cats.
“It’s been fantastic to see so many new faces join the travel industry since last year’s Seminar at Sea, and we want to continue to give agents a chance to dive into the memorable holidays we’re known for,” Royal Caribbean International vice-president EMEA, Ben Bouldin.
"Gaining first-hand experience and insight into the value of a holiday that truly has something for everyone and any occasion is an incredible sales tool, and coupling this with the in-depth education they’ll receive on board, the Seminar at Sea will set them up for success in crafting the best holidays for their clients.”
