Long-haul tailor-made specialist First Class Holidays has added south-east Asia to its destination portfolio.
A 124-page brochure will reach agents from 11 November featuring Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and more.
Daniel Gathercole, the operator’s managing director, said: “This is the next step in our ambition to be a true long-haul specialist by the end of 2025.”
The operator has in recent years added South Africa and latterly Japan to its range, which had previously centred on North America and Australasia.
Lorna Curry, head of product, said: “When we launch a new destination, an integral part of the process is to ensure we have experienced reservation staff in place who truly know the region.
"New additions Liam Bailey and Jessica Mason are part of our new south-east Asia team. They have travelled extensively throughout south-east Asia and will be a great asset for our travel agent partners.”
First Class Holidays has also launched a WhatsApp service for agents linked to its reservations system, which it said would ensure queries are dealt with “in minutes”.
Gathercole added: "We can now offer the trade an incredible portfolio of destinations. I am travelling to Malaysia, Borneo and Bali in November, and I can’t wait to share my trip with our agent partners."
