Offering more space to stretch out and relax, with Delta Premium Select clients can treat themselves to a superior experience on transatlantic flights. Here are five ways the service ensures clients’ comfort, relaxation and enjoyment:

1. On the ground

Delta Premium Select customers receive access to select SkyPriority services at the airport, including accelerated check-in, security and baggage services. This helps expedite their airport experience, and once it’s time to board they’re among the first to be invited on the aircraft.

2. Relax and recline

Each Delta Premium Select seat features a fold-out adjustable foot rest, leg rest and head rest. Seats are wider and offer more legroom and a deeper recline, ensuring plenty of space to stretch out and making it easy to find the perfect position to relax and put your feet up.

Plus, dedicated overhead storage ensures carry-on items are kept within easy reach.

3. Stay entertained

Larger seat-back screens feature more than 1,000 hours of complimentary Delta Studio content, including the latest movies, games and curated versions of Spotify’s playlists and podcasts. All of these are made even more enjoyable thanks to noise-cancelling headsets.

Clients can stay connected in the sky as Delta offers free mobile messaging via iMessage, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. For an additional charge, they can also access high-speed Wi-Fi on demand.

And there’s no need to worry about running out of battery at 30,000 feet, as each seat offers a power supply to keep devices fully charged.

4. Flavoursome food

Those flying in Delta Premium Select will enjoy a selection of wholesome food and snacks, with meals inspired by Delta destinations from around the globe. A new menu has been introduced with a seasonal focus, alongside more plant-based meals. Delta has also formed partnerships with small businesses, partners and suppliers from across the globe.

Main courses are served on bagasse plates, which are made from sugarcane plant fibre, and customers will receive silver cutlery and linen tableware and napkins. They’ll also be offered ‘bubbles and bites’ shortly after take-off, with sparkling wine, water, a snack basket and a special treat.

There’s a Starbucks coffee and tea service and those aged 21 years and older can also sip complimentary select wines, craft beers and premium spirits.

5. Time to recharge

Delta has partnered with interactive fitness platform Peloton to offer a new Classes in the Clouds collection of well being-focused content, including guided meditations and stretches, all created exclusively for Delta customers.

When it’s time to sleep, stretch out with a comfortable blanket made from recycled materials and a memory-foam pillow.

From October 2022 Delta will phase in amenity kits crafted by Someone Somewhere, which works with artisans across Mexico to create the kits. They will feature products from clean beauty brand Grown Alchemist, including a vanilla watermelon lip balm, and a vanilla and orange peel hot hand towel will be handed out before the first meal.

The kits will come in three new designs created by Someone Somewhere exclusively for Delta, with those flying from the US during October 2022 receiving a pink kit, to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
