Stephane Derenoncourt is the extremely experienced Master Vigneron who pairs the varieties and tastes with the peculiarity of the local environment to set up a vineyard capable of producing the best Greek wines from the Assyrtiko and Mavrotragano indigenous varieties cultivated at Clos Stegasta in Falatados, on Tinos island, Cyclades, Greece.
