Why TTG+?

The TTG Media team kick-started the process of TTG+ in 2018, researching and refining the idea, which culminated in the launch of the TTG+ membership in September 2020. Find out more about why we've created the TTG+ community.

What is TTG+?

TTG+ is TTG Media’s new membership programme, with two different tiers offering a range of different benefits and tools to help TTG’s community of travel professionals in their role.

Is it essential to join TTG+ to continue using ttgmedia.com?

No! Any users who do not pay to join TTG+ will still be able to read unlimited articles on the website, as well as accessing the digital edition and subscribing for a hard-copy print-copy edition. You can also enter competitions, and attend a range of other, non-TTG+ events.

What if I miss a TTG+ online event?

Our exclusive TTG+ member-only events are made available to TTG+ members to watch on-demand within a day of the event taking place. See our TTG+ Events page for details of forthcoming member-only events.

How do I join TTG+?

You can join online at www.ttgmedia.com/membership, or contact our Membership community manager Jason Winter on jwinter@ttgmedia.com, or 020 3714 4109.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

You can make changes in the account section on your TTG profile, or simply contact Jason Winter on jwinter@ttgmedia.com.

Do I qualify for the Agent membership?

To qualify for the agent package, you must sell holidays supplied by tour operators or that are dynamically packaged themselves, direct to customers. Your purchase will be verified to ensure you qualify for the agent rate.

Do you offer corporate membership/packages?

Yes. Please contact Jason Winter in the first instance so we can create a bespoke membership that works for your business.

What about TTG magazine?

TTG magazine, now printing monthly, remains free of charge to travel agents in the UK & Ireland. If you are eligible you can request a free subscription on your profile. If you do not qualify for a free print subscription, you can purchase TTG+ membership including a TTG print subscription here. Alternatively, registered users can access the digital edition free of charge.

How can I pay for TTG+?

You can pay by credit/debit card, by direct debit or simply request an invoice. Credit/debit card, and direct debit payments will renew automatically for both monthly and annual subscriptions. You can pay in GBP, EUR or USD.

Will TTG Media store my card information?

TTG does not collect or store any card details. Payments are managed by Stripe, a global financial services provider (stripe.com/en-gb/customers).

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership any time directly in your TTG account or by contacting membership@ttgmedia.com. This cancellation policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Your refund will be issued immediately upon request and will take 5 working days to be completed.

How do I get my company listed in the Supplier Directory?

It is free to be listed in the Directory; email our Membership community manager Jason Winter on jwinter@ttgmedia.com to be included.

What if I am having problems accessing my account or any of the TTG+ member benefits?
