Abercrombie & Kent and sister firm Cox & Kings have vowed to redouble their efforts to support the trade after hosting their first key agent partner forums.
Managing director Kerry Golds, director of sales James Coughlan and agency sales manager Mark Harris hosted the forum, sharing key market insights and trends.
The trio also sought feedback from the trade on the two businesses performance over the past six month when it came to servicing the trade effectively.
As a result, A&K will be putting together an updated marketing support toolkit for agents that they will be able to download, while a second forum is being planned for the coming weeks.
There was also broad agreement on the most effective ways both firms can support trade partners, which will result in a new joint plan to help reassure and inspire clients.
"Collaboration is king right now, and we want to reassure our trade partners that we’re here for them," said Golds.
