South Dublin’s Anna Haugh, head chef and owner of Chelsea’s Myrtle Restaurant, will then present an Irish fine dining menu on 14 July.
On 29 September, chef-patron of Michelin-starred restaurant Murano, Angela Hartnett will create sophisticated Italian-inspired fare.
Another Michelin-starred chef, Nieves Barragan Mohacho of Sabor restaurant, will conclude the series, presenting Spanish regional specialities on 20 October.
Each of the chefs’ tasting menus will be paired with both Dom Perignon champagne and the sommelier’s choice of wines. Coffee and petit fours will conclude the journeys.
During the special dinners, guests onboard the British Pullman’s Art Deco carriages will make a round trip from London through the English countryside.
The Lisa Goodwin-Allen dinner on Friday 23 June costs from £595pp and departs London Victoria at 18.50, returning at 23.15.
