Luxury hotel operator Aman Group is to open a property in the Beverly Hills district of Los Angeles.
Aman Beverly Hills will be part of the One Beverly Hills development when it opens in 2026. The project will include an Aman hotel, Aman-branded residences and the Aman Club set in eight acres of botanical gardens.
Vlad Doronin, who is chairman and chief executive of Aman, said: “Aman Group’s strategy is to bring the brand’s coveted resort experiences to urban destinations.
“The announcement of Aman Beverly Hills further demonstrates our commitment to this strategy and long-term vision.
“Staying true to our DNA and the revered Aman lifestyle, Aman Beverly Hills, nestled in its expansive botanical gardens, captures the legacy and heritage of Aman while connecting our guests with fascinating urban environments.”
The One Beverly Hills project will see the redevelopment of an expansive area of land, which is situated on the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards, less than one mile from Rodeo Drive.
The group’s further expansion will see Aman New York open on 2 August, with Aman Residences, Tokyo and Aman Nai Lert Bangkok to follow in 2023.
The Beverly Hills property will be Aman’s fifth location in the US when it opens in 2026 – it also currently operates Amangani in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. Aman Miami Beach is also due to open in 2024.
