Aman Resorts to expand Middle Eastern presence with new Dubai hotel
Aman Dubai will feature an all-suite hotel in Jumeriah 2 with panoramic views of the Persian Gulf and a unique park concept.
Aman is set to open a new property in the heart of the United Arab Emirates, marking the 35th addition to the brand’s fast-growing portfolio.
Situated in Jumeirah 2, Aman Dubai will feature an all-suite hotel and private residences with panoramic views of the Persian Gulf and the city’s skyline once it opens for business.
Guests can also expect an extensive Aman Spa with more than 2000 sqm of space, an Aman Club and several restaurants, as well as nine acres of verdant gardens and a private beach.
Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the resort is being built with local stone in desert tones to reflect the region’s ‘architectural and cultural’ heritage. Rates to stay at Aman Dubai have yet to be revealed, but the company’s chief executive Vlad Doronin has confirmed that it’s set to become the ‘most expensive hotel in Dubai’.
The Russian-born real estate developer also said that he is ‘delighted’ to ‘bring to life the essence of Aman’ in Dubai following requests from its guests for the company to expand to the UAE city.
Meanwhile, Shahab Lutfi, chief executive of the project’s owner, Bright Start, said: “We are thrilled to bring the first Aman to Dubai. Aman is a leading lifestyle brand inspired by providing a seamless level of service and experience that is known worldwide. The brand’s vision aligns with our strategy to bring exceptional experiences to the city.”
The unique property is being led by Dubai-based real estate company H&H Development, who also spearheaded the nearby Four Seasons Resort Dubai Jumeirah Beach and the Four Seasons Hotel, Dubai DIFC.
Aman has yet to announce an official opening date but confirmed that more information would be provided ‘in due course.’
