Another villa specialist is making a play for UK agents’ attention following the demise of James Villas with the launch of a new trade platform it says is designed to offer “a seamless experience” agents.
Top Villas, which has offices in the US and the UK, said the platform has advanced search capabilities, able to showcase the more than 10,000 properties in its portfolio, allowing agents to easily share holiday rentals with customers.
The platform has full home descriptions, a “detailed" amenities lists, photos and walkthrough videos. Top Villas describes the platform as a “state-of-the-art white label system”, which can be found at luxuryvillarentals.com.
Top Villas co-founder and chief executive James Mannings said: "We are confident that this new platform will unlock exciting opportunities for collaboration and enhance the service you can offer your clients."
Mannings continued: "With its cutting-edge features and user-friendly design, the platform is set to elevate the standards of luxury villa rentals, offering a seamless experience for both travel agents and their clients."
The news comes just weeks after European holiday rental group Awaze announced it was mothballing the nearly 40-year-old James Villas brand with immediate effect.
The decision prompted three villas specialists to step in and help holidaymakers and agents affected by the brand’s closure.
