CV Villas has expanded its trade team with three new appointments, and plans to launch a new agent portal.
Madeleine Hubble and Matthew Corcoran join as villa specialists, while Emily Waters has been appointed to a new villa specialist support and concierge role to offer agents additional after sales service.
The villa specialist is also gearing up to launch a new portal allowing agents to obtain villa-only and package quotes from the team directly, "streamlining the process and allowing for a quicker and more effective approach to sales".
Hubble joins from Virgin Holidays, while Corcoran brings more than 10 years’ travel, tourism and hospitality experience to the role, joining from The Original Tour where he was partnership manager.
Waters, meanwhile, is a recent Bournemouth University tourism management graduate, and brings experience working for SLC Representation as a sales coordinator.
The trio will head to the Caribbean later this month to experience some of CV Villas’ product first-hand so they’re ready for the January peaks selling window.
CV said the appointments came in response to a "sharp" increase in demand in recent months, and would add "another dimension" to its sales operation.
"Their combined experience will contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business and help it achieve further success," said the firm.
Chris Etheridge, CV Villas business development manager, said: “The expansion of our sales team showcases CV Villas commitment to the travel trade. We have no doubt Madeleine, Matthew and Emily will be true assets to the team and we look forward to using their skills and knowledge to further enhance our sales offering.
"Combined with the upcoming additions of new villas to our property portfolio, we hope to showcase our dedication in growing our brand awareness and market share into the new year."
CV added the appointments marked the start of a "crucial" new chapter in the growth of its sales team and efforts to continue building a strong relationship with the trade.
It now offers more than 800 villas throughout Europe, in the Med and the Caribbean, as well as in Sri Lanka.
