CV Villas is introducing 40 new villas across Europe following a record-breaking summer, which saw bookings through the trade surge by 173% in August, compared to the same month in 2019.
Bookings for July 2022 were also up 131% compared to July 2019. The luxury villa specialist saw demand for Greece rise by 150% while Italy was up 75%.
Business development manager Chris Etheridge said: “It’s fantastic to see such a large surge in bookings this summer which highlights the continued rise in popularity for villa holidays.”
Winter sun bookings are also proving popular, with Morocco 58% ahead this year compared to 2019, for travel between October and April.
The brand is also launching a customer experience department to provide an enhanced concierge service to agent partners and their customers. Etheridge said the business would “put the CV Villas ethos of unparalleled service and unforgettable villa holidays at the very centre of the team’s everyday role.”
The 40 new villas are across Europe, including Masseria delle Perle in Puglia, which sleeps eight and offers a guest annex, al fresco dining terraces and a pool. Mas du Franc in Provence also sleeps eight, and the renovated farmhouse features a boules court and natural pool.
