Domes has opened the 38-suite Domes Noruz Mykonos, ready to welcome its first guests from 6 July.
The adults-only property is located in Agios Stefanos, a 10-minute drive from the heart of Mykonos.
It features a pool overlooking the Aegean Sea, the Soma Spa and three dining venues. The signature Domes restaurant, Topos, boasts a modern Greek menu, while Raw Gastro Bar offers champagne, cocktails and raw bar snacks, including ceviche. Guests can also visit The N Bar cocktail bar and The Noruz Symposium bar, which serves premium Greek wines and cocktails with authentic Greek cuisine.
The hotel is perched above the rocky coastline close to sandy beaches and is surrounded by lush foliage. Greek architects Urban Soul Projects have designed the property, and interiors feature a blend of white-washed and earthy tones, with elements of rattan, natural wood, fabrics and stone.
The hotel is in partnership with the investor Bain Capital Special Situations, and Domes chief executive George Spanos said: “We are thrilled to bring Domes’ signature hospitality to the island of Mykonos in a valuable partnership with Bain Capital. This newly constructed hotel allows guests to unlock the best the island has to offer and enjoy more of our brand-wide experiences in a new destination.”
Domes’ portfolio now spans Corfu, Crete, Milos, Zakynthos, Halkidiki and Portugal. The brand recently unveiled its first reserve, Domes White Coast Milos, and Domes Noruz Kassandra in Halkidiki.
