Elegant Resorts launches its first-ever agent portal

The luxury operator said the dedicated portal has been designed with agents in mind, following feedback gathered over a number of months among the trade.

The platform offers a simple login for a customised experience, with access to a wide range of information and assets, which the operator said will “enable agent partners to deliver a seamless experience”.

In the first phase of development, agents will be able to access information about the Elegant Resorts’ team members, who showcase their knowledge, and view a dedicated events section with details and images from previous events as well as a calendar of up and coming events for agents to register their interest.

Registered agents will also be able to access all current booking incentives and promotions available to agents, and be able to use the “favourites” function so that can receive alerts when a new offer is loaded.
 
Also available on the platform are Elegant Resorts offers that are available to download in a white-label format for agent partners to display or share with their clients.
 

“Over the past six months we’ve heavily invested in designing and developing a portal for the sole use of our travel agent partners and homeworkers, giving access to a host of useful tools,” said Tracy Docherty, agency sales director at Elegant Resorts.

“Feedback from partners indicated they regularly book a number of core hotels with us, and they wanted relevant offers to target their regular bookers. This is the first phase of our commitment to ensuring our agent partners and homeworkers feel valued and receive a seamless experience with Elegant Resorts. We look forward to receiving their feedback on phase one, as work on phase two is already underway.”
