Want to know the best ways to attract affluent customers online? Find out how at TTG Luxury’s Travel Summit.
Luxury travel brands can glean insights into how to position themselves in the digital gaze of high-net-worth individuals at the upcoming TTG Luxury Travel Summit, and gain a deeper understanding of their motivations when browsing and making purchasing decisions.
Andy Headington, chief executive of Adido, will share case studies and practical insight into how brands can improve their digital presence. He’ll be speaking during a session in the afternoon conference, which is part of a new-look format for the Summit this year, taking place on Friday 3 November at Kimpton Fitzroy, London.
When it comes to how people travel, delegates will learn why the slow travel movement is growing, its importance in a climate-challenged world and how to introduce more of its key elements into clients’ journeys. The session will see journalist, author and responsible travel expert Holly Tuppen take to the stage and share how this kind of travel encourages immersive, longer stays that benefit the locality – and ultimately the customer experience.
Continuing on the purposeful travel theme, a session will focus on the growing drive to bring purpose into business operations. Joining a panel with earlier announced speakers Tom Marchant of Black Tomato, Lucie Greene of Light Years and Carrier’s Natasha Towey, will be Stas Anastasiades, restaurants and innovations director of Kinsfolk & Co. Anastasiades is part of the founding team for the fledgling brand, which aims to deliver “enhanced profitability through thoughtful excellence”.
Also speaking will be Tom Ripert, the founder and chief executive of Rolzo, a global ground transportation and car rental service for travel experts who need to book transfers, chauffeur services, and car rentals for their clients around the world, now available in more than 100 countries.
“Delegates always tell us that consumer insights and business-savvy takeaways matter to them most when they attend our annual conference and finding a roster of speakers who can ignite thought, spark conversation and inspire action are always what we aim for,” said April Hutchinson, editor and publisher of TTG Luxury.
The conference is in a new format for 2023, taking a Friday afternoon slot and being combined with Luxpo, the leading one-to-one meetings event for the luxury trade in the UK, which takes place in the morning.
“Combining two of our much-loved events in one day makes business sense on many levels and we are delighted to give those who support and attend Luxpo the benefit of a complimentary ticket for the summit,” added Hutchinson.
“We are also pleased to welcome a further group of agents to ensure our core audience benefits from the insights of the summit. What’s more we’re thrilled to partner with Kimpton Fitzroy, a spectacular hotel where our guests can enjoy a day of content and networking, concluding with our post-event drinks in the beautiful Palm Court before heading into the weekend.”
Forming part of TTG Luxury's Day of Luxury, the new-look TTG Luxury Travel Summit will return on the afternoon of Friday 3 November at the stunning Kimpton Fitzroy, London.
