The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol is set to welcome guests from May.
The arrival of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol will be the second property for the luxury hotel group in the popular Mexican destination.
Located on Mexico’s Baja peninsula, the coastal property will feature 96 guest rooms, casitas and suites, all of which have private terraces and views of the Sea of Cortez. Villas and residences, both including access to the resort’s amenities, are also available to rent.
The modern hacienda-style resort has been inspired by Pueblos Magicos, the more than 130 ‘Magical Towns’ in Mexico that hold historical and cultural significance. It is a sister property to the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palma, situated 107km north of Cabo San Lucas on the more remote Eastern cape of the region.
“With this project, guests will enjoy all that this thriving scene has to offer, paired with Four Seasons hospitality and heart that they have come to love in Mexico and beyond,” said Antoine Chahwan, president, hotel operations - Americas, adding that a second property on Los Cabos had “long been on our list”.
Guests at the Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas – located on Cabo’s “golden corridor” can expect a more traditional experience to the surrounding resorts, with a homey living room in lieu of a formal reception and chic employee fashion over uniforms courtesy of Mexico City-based designer Kris Goyri.
There will also be an on-site El Terra Art Studio, while diving lessons and whale watching expeditions in Magdalena Bay will be options for guests.
Other facilities include three ocean-view pools (including a family pool and an adult-only pool), a 10-room Tierra Mar Spa and a Harley Pasternak-designed fitness center.
Guests will also have the choice of three restaurants - Palmerio, Coraluz, and Nikkei - as well as five bars, including the sophisticated Sora, where bespoke cocktails are served up against ocean views.
The group also recently opened Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo in a 3,000-acre nature reserve on the Pacific Coast, as well as a new adult-only tented camp at Naviva, A Four Seasons Resort, adjacent to Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. The group also has a hotel in the capital, Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City.
Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is confirming arrivals starting May 1, 2024.
