The annual luxury travel trade show, which is invitation-only, expects its event next month to be 12% larger than its 2023 edition.
ILTM Cannes is set to welcome more than 9,500 delegates to its 23rd event next month, marking the luxury travel tradeshow’s highest-ever numbers.
Taking place at the French town’s Palais des Festivals et des Congres from 2-5 December 2024, the event will host 2,350 buyers from 84 countries and 2,350 exhibiting brands covering 105 countries.
The top 10 nations represented by buyers, advisors and agencies will be the US, UK, Brazil, Germany, Australia, France, Italy, China, India and UAE.
ILTM Cannes will also give a platform to major tourism brands for the first time ever, including Australia, Egypt and Mauritius, as well as returning destinations like California, Brazil, Oman, Japan and Croatia.
Well-known luxury brands such as Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), and Marriott will also be in attendance.
As usual, buyers and exhibitors will meet face-to-face to discuss business, with an estimated 83,000 appointments to take place throughout the week.
There will also be four new areas to accommodate the higher attendee numbers, including Accor’s dedicated 1600 sqm pavilion on the beach side of the convention centre.
Meanwhile, LHW will have a new hospitality terrace area adjacent to the relocated media centre. Attendees will also be welcome to visit the new bar at the CannesX lifestyle brand area on the ground floor.
