New central London hotel The BoTree is set to make its debut on 15 September after opening for reservations.
The property located in Marylebone Lane, near Oxford Street, will feature 199 rooms including 30 suites, as well as several bars and restaurants.
The BoTree is part of Place III Hotels, which has plans to open two other London properties in Soho, debuting in 2025, and the City of London in 2027. The Marylebone property will also be a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection.
Dining and beverage outlets will initially include Italian restaurant LAVO and The BoTree Bar, which will be followed “shortly” by a rooftop venue with views across London, wellness space and a private bar.
The BoTree will offer flexible accommodation including 21 accessible rooms and 56 connecting room options for families and groups. The suites will include a lounge, balcony, bar and cocktail “station”.
The Presidential Suite will be the largest room in the hotel sporting its own private elevator lobby, guest entrance and outdoor terrace.
Each floor of the hotel will offer the services of “floor hosts”, with butlers on hand around the clock to serve guests across all rooms.
The property is also partnering with Jo Malone’s Jo Loves brand to provide bathroom products, as part of its concept of “conscious luxury”.
