Leonardo Hotels is set to open its first property in Manchester later this spring in the centre of the UK city.
Leonardo Manchester Piccadilly Hotel will be based in a new building, which has already been nicknamed the “Jenga” due to its tower block design.
The hotel, which has started taking bookings for stays from May onwards, offers 275 rooms with an interior design described as being “elegantly pared-back and modern”.
The property, located in the Piccadilly East area of Manchester, will feature its own bar and restaurant, called Leo’s, which will be open throughout the day. There will also be a wellness suite featuring space for yoga and meditation.
Jason Carruthers, danaging director for Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels UK, said: “The unique design of the hotel has seen a lot of interest in it before opening its doors which is wonderful, and we can’t wait to be able to welcome people inside and continue the conversation.”
