Luxury operator to offer £20k of prizes to NHS staff

The company has gathered prizes from more than 60 luxury brands, who are offering 200 items to win, worth more than £20,000.

The ‘At Your Service’ raffle of luxury prizes is open only to NHS staff and will open on World Health Day, 7 April.

To enter, NHS staff need just to upload a scan of their NHS pass to be in line for one of the prizes, and new prizes will continue to be added until the closing date of 7 May.

Original Travel kick-started the call for prizes by offering a trip worth up to £10,000 of its own, with NHS staff able to plan a trip to that value with the operator, potentially to one of the 77 countries it features.

The list of prizes NHS staff have a chance of winning includes jewellery from the likes of Monica Vinader, Kiki McDonough, Maviada, Anayah Jewellery, Bibi Bijoux, Annuka and Alice Made This.

There are also clothing and accessories from Seraphina, Eponine London, Lilliput & Felix, Wiggy Kit, Dida Ritchie, Dotty Dungarees, Pretty You London, Peregrine & Jude, Love Brand & Co, Wyse, Hill & Friends, Jam Industries, KuSan Accessories, Ruskin of London, Hamilton & Hare, Lakeland Leather and Navy Grey, while food and drink prizes pulled together by Original Travel include treats from Goedhuis Wine Merchants, Blezu, Elemental Gin, Simply Delicious Cakes and Eight Food.

Health and beauty gifts from Oskia, Bamford, Spabreaks.com, Abhana Ltd, Childs Farm Ltd and Two 9 Zero will also be among items NHS staff could win, as well as home gifts from Bloom & Wild, Calf & Co, Sarah K, Nicola Fitzgerald Fine Art, Tom & Dicks, Camilla Vickers Illustration, Bathroom Origins and Romeo & Jules.

Days out and experiences (to be used when it is safe to do so) include prizes from Sharky & George, Mad Max Adventures, The Hut B&B, University Arms Cambridge, The Lodge Hotel London, Charles Bigham and Warwick Castle. Other prizes include a limited-edition print from Violet Astor and a leather handbag worth more than £1,000 from William & Son.

The NHS staff member who wins the holiday, will also be able to access Original Travel’s essentials included for every client, such as a UK airport meet-and-greet, fast-track UK check-in, fast-track UK security where available, lounge access and pre-booked flight seats, as well as knowing their carbon footprint for international flights, car hire and other flights (even if booked independently) will also be covered by the operator.
