Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk will hold Yoxman 2023 in May, creating a three-day “Michelin-star dining extravaganza” for 120 guests.
Taking place from 19-22 May, the event at the luxury retreat near Southwold will see guests served dishes by Michelle and Emily Roux on the Friday night, who have two Michelin stars. On the Saturday Angela Hartnett, who has one Michelin star, will craft a menu for a black tie gala dinner. A Sunday lunch served in the woodland will be created by Jose Pizarro, who has also been awarded one star.
The event will also include tasting sessions and masterclasses with master distillers and experts from Laurent-Perrier and whisky specialists The Balvenie.
Live music and entertainment will run throughout the weekend and guests will be able to experience Wilderness Reserve’s country pursuits, including axe throwing, lakeside rowing and wild water swimming. Spa and wellness packages will be available from Bamford and transportation across the reserve will be organised by BMW.
The event can be booked by agents, offering 10% commission, and prices start from £2,750 per bedroom for two people, up to £16,000 for a property sleeping up to 16 people. One-, three-, four-, six- and eight-bedroom options are available and individual rooms can also be booked in the Sibton Park and Chapel Barn properties.
Prices include three nights’ accommodation at Wilderness Reserve, all meals during the weekend, champagne and whisky tastings, entertainment and drinks, transfers around the reserve, a Q&A with the chefs and yoga and sound healing.
