Regenerative Travel is launching a new forum and show, which aims to help the industry rebuild for a more resilient and ethical future.
The two-day Regenerative Travel Virtual Trade Show & Industry Forum is free for travel advisors, and takes place online on 26-27 October.
There will be a number of sessions in the forum on day one, featuring conversations with travel designers, journalists, hoteliers, and conservationists on the state of travel, while addressing how the industry can serve as a catalyst for change, generating economic, social and environmental wealth.
Topics will include Designing and Selling Regenerative Travel; Hotel Supply Chains and Environmental Impact; Metrics & Benchmarking; and Redefining Wellness Travel Post-Pandemic. There will also be a marketing masterclass, offering a guide to promoting travel ethically and responsibly and how to filter through influencers and create content on a budget.
Regenerative Travel was established as a company offering travel planning service and a worldwide collection of independent eco-luxury hotels and lodges which have a high commitment to positive social and environmental impact.
Independent hotels, DMCs and small group travel companies can still sign up to exhibit online at the event, with the trade show happening on day two, the 27th; attendance for agents will be free across the two days.
Regenerative Travel has also just completed the second annual hosting of its online summit.
“Regenerative Travel was born from the desire to effect meaningful and holistic change,” said co-founder Amanda Ho. “Nature reminds us that everything comes full circle. We return to, and regenerate forgotten wisdom, which has moved us forward since the beginning of time: we are now at that point where a cycle has come full circle, and are ready to begin anew. To learn from what has been and move forward in greater numbers with a unified mission of ensuring a positive legacy through travel.”
