Newly rebranded Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental introduces vegan rooms
Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi has rebranded as Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, and now boasts the region’s first vegan rooms, alongside new signature suites.
The beachfront property offers 390 renovated rooms, including the UAE’s first vegan rooms, which are free from animal products and are described as offering “compassionate design, sustainable bedding, plant based in-room dining options and cruelty-free bath amenities”.
The hotel’s new signature suites offer priority access to the resort’s facilities, whilst The EP Club comprises 660-square-metres of living, dining and relaxing areas exclusively for members and suite guests.
The property features 12 dining venues, and amongst the enhanced options is the one-Michelin-starred Talea by Antonio Guida. Guests can also dine at the new Episodes venue, which includes a tea apothecary, a deli, a cake shop and a gelateria.
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental will launch a range of skincare products by Tata Harper and Oto, and will be home to exclusive Acqua di Parma Barbiere services and retail products.
Each Mandarin Oriental property has a signature fan, and the property’s bespoke design was unveiled during a ribbon-cutting ceremony. It was designed by Abu Dhabi-born multidisciplinary artist Ahmad Saeed Al Areef Al Dhaheri and inspired by the UAE’s tradition of pearl diving.
