Oceania Cruises has announced the inaugural season sailings for its newest ship Allura.
Allura will join the fleet in summer 2025, embarking on 26 sailings from a week to 34 days and spanning more than 92 destinations.
The new vessel will sail her maiden voyage on a seven-day journey from Athens to Istanbul, departing on 8 June 2025 and calling at Greece, Santorini, Crete, Rhodes, Bodrum, Ephesus (Kusadasi) and Canakkale (Troy).
Her summer season in the Mediterranean will also include a Flourishing Rivieras – Rome to Athens cruise which also takes in popular ports in Spain and France.
Allura will then sail to Canada and New England for an extended season in North America, with the repositioning cruise on August 27 2025, before her premiere winter season in the Caribbean.
Overnight stays will be offered in Istanbul, Monte Carlo, Quebec City, Montreal and New York.
As the line’s second 1,200-guest Allura Class ship, she follows sister vessel Vista, which launched in May.
Allura claims standard staterooms larger than many entry-level suites on luxury cruise lines. Other highlights include a new onboard creperie, a new social hub and a chef-to-guest ratio of one to 10.
Frank A. Del Rio, president of Oceania Cruises, said: “Allura heralds the ultimate evolution of our onboard experience, and her inaugural season is designed to entice curious world travellers, to allow them to reconnect with well-loved favourite destinations and discover new ones for the first time.”
