One&Only Kea Island is an all-villa retreat on the west coast of Kea
One&Only Kea Island marks the 14th addition to the group’s global collection of properties and comes on the heels of One&Only Aesthesis, which launched on the Athens riviera in 2023 as the brand’s inaugural resort in the country.
Designed by architect John Heah, the Kea Island property includes 63 cliffside villas with views overlooking the island’s rugged landscapes and the Aegean Sea.
The residences, all of which feature locally-sourced white marble, floor-to-ceiling windows and curved atriums, offer between one and six rooms. Each villa also has its own outdoor terrace, complete with a private infinity pool and a fireplace.

The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, including Atria, an all-day restaurant specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, and the Bond Beach Club, where guests can enjoy salads and seafood while listening to the bar’s resident DJ.
Kosmas Bar serves afternoon tea and sundowner cocktails, and the Kaiki Pool Bar provides refreshments to guests. Meanwhile, rare rums and whiskies, international wines and signature cocktails can be ordered at Incognito, the hotel’s New York-inspired speakeasy bar.
“Every One&Only resort is unique, celebrating its extraordinary location and honoring the natural landscape and local community,” said Philippe Zuber, chief executive of Kerzner International.
“We are thrilled to introduce our second Greek sanctuary. With a population of just 2,300 residents, this island holds special significance for its people. It was our honour to collaborate with the community to genuinely reflect and preserve Kea’s unique spirit. This hidden gem offers a different side of the Cyclades, ensuring a grounding experience that leaves guests relaxed and revitalised.”
