Restaurant group Estiatorio Milos is to open its first hotel in October, with a property in the centre of Athens.
Xenodocheio Milos will make its debut on 15 October featuring 43 rooms and suites, including one-bedroom suites with terraces and Jacuzzis overlooking Old Parliament Square and Lycabettus Hill.
The boutique property is being promoted as an “authentic culinary hotel experience” and an extension of the Milos brand, with Mediterranean-themed menus created by founder and chef executive Costas Spiliadis, known for championing Hellenic food around the world since 1966.
Guests will also be offered a range of wellness experiences including rooftop yoga and Pilates at the hotel’s gym.
Estiatorio Milos currently operates restaurants in London, Montreal, New York, Las Vegas, Miami and Los Cabos.
Rates at Xenodocheio Milos in Athens will start at £310 per night.
