A new software product is looking to revolutionise the way agencies and advisors run their business.
US-based Travel Contact designed its modular cloud-based platform “completely with agents’ needs in minds” chief executive Ricardo Cazorla said, and is now looking to roll out in the UK having officially launched globally on April 1.
Speaking to TTG at Traveller Made, Cazorla said the platform would allow agency managers or owners to structure all operational and administrative data, provide accurate reporting, manage commissions, payroll and all sales, as well integrating a powerful CRM model that allows advisors to save client profiles with more than 250 preferences.
Travel Contact allows advisors to create proposals and send custom itineraries, as well as providing a dashboard that enables them to keep track of calendar events, daily tasks and recent activity, monitor all trip activity and accounting and send invoices to clients.
Cazorla said: “Our goal is to be the right hand of the travel advisor. We are aiming this at luxury advisors, as we feel that community would find this system the most beneficial, in terms of travel planning and client preferences.”
The platform has been in testing with 700 active users in 50 countries, Cazorla added.
