Panache Cruises has launched its loyalty programme in the US, six months after entering the market there.
The Chorley-based luxury cruise retailer hopes that Founders will become the most rewarding programme in the luxury and ultra-luxury cruise sectors.
The programme offers British and now American members a wide range of value-added benefits, plus direct access to the start-up agency’s founder and chief executive James Cole.
Members are also assigned a dedicated “Cruise Connoisseur” from the point of joining.
The programme allows customers to earn points across Panache Cruises’ extensive portfolio of cruise lines.
Members can accrue points with one cruise line and redeem them when booking another.
Last month, Panache Cruises announced plans to become the world’s largest cruise retailer by 2030.
Cole, who founded the agency in May 2020, revealed the company will achieve an annual turnover of more than £20 million by the end of the year.
