The Fairmont La Marina Rabat Sale opens its doors

The property is on the banks of the Bouregreg river, and a spokesperson said it was “designed to mirror a majestic cruise liner dropping anchor on the estuary.” 

Located near the Rabat-Sale international airport, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the capital’s city centre. 

The 186 rooms include 27 suites and 88 residences. It offers three restaurants, with the French brasserie L’Ecume; Le Dahlia, which will serve authentic Moroccan cuisine; and Le Deck, which serves dishes with Nikkei influences and features a bar and year-round heated swimming pool. There is also a bar overlooking an orangery and the lobby lounge and tearoom La Verriere.
