TTG Media's Day of Luxury to debut in November

TTG Luxury is launching a Day of Luxury, a new initiative set to combine two of the brand’s most well-respected events under one roof.

Taking place on Friday 3 November at the Kimpton Fitzroy, London, the day will combine popular one-to-one meetings event Luxpo with long-established conference, the TTG Luxury Travel Summit. 

 

Bringing together 15 handpicked luxury advisors with a variety of premium supplier partners, Luxpo offers the chance for training and meetings on a one-to-one basis, taking place in the elegant surroundings of the hotel’s Palm Court in the morning.

 

Under the theme of The future is now: Designing a business for purpose and prosperity, the TTG Luxury Travel Summit will then take place in the afternoon, attracting delegates interested in how the landscape is looking for luxury travel businesses and destinations, with a laser-focused vision on topics that matter.

“Bringing these two events together under one roof on one day makes total sense as the luxury travel sector continues to bounce back,” said April Hutchinson, editor and publisher of TTG Luxury. “Mindful of how intense things in our industry are, and with delegate time – and budget – of absolute importance, making the TTG Luxury Travel Summit an afternoon event is a logical step. Guests can make the most of both quality networking time and carefully curated content in a shorter timeframe.” 

 

Agents and sponsoring partners attending Luxpo will automatically qualify for a complimentary ticket for the TTG Luxury Travel Summit. 

 

Other delegates will be able to take advantage of an early bird discounted ticket rate of £149 until 31 August, with tickets £199 from 1 September onwards, with the ticket including a welcome networking lunch and post-event drinks reception in the Palm Court.

Further to the event’s success will be the addition of 20 VIP complimentary invite-only places for some of the country’s leading luxury travel designers, including winners and finalists from the 2023 TTG Luxury Travel Awards, along with one session completely dedicated to agent issues and opportunities. 

 

“This will be a fantastic learning and networking opportunity for all our guests and while this may be a condensed agenda, it will be no less impactful as we unpick the trends and consumer behaviours driving brands and businesses forward,” Hutchinson added. 

 

“Of course, we will do all this in TTG Luxury style, with plenty of networking opportunities for people to come together over lunch and a post-event drinks reception in a sophisticated location, so we can unwind together before heading off into the weekend, and of course – offer a WTM London warm-up for those attending the Monday after.”
