Virtuoso’s London networking event one of largest to date

On Tour London, hosted at The Savoy, was attended by 45 owners, managers and frontline advisors from member agencies and 45 partners, with partners presenting their latest news and client experiences in one-to-one networking sessions. 

One&Only Resorts, Ponant, Raibookers and Accor were among brands represented in the sessions, while sponsors included Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Celebrity Cruises, the Austrian Tourist Office, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Melia Hotels International and, new to Virtuoso, The Bicester Collection.

Attendees also heard a keynote address from multi-award-winning general manager and customer service consultant Peter Avis, who talked about his 25 years of experience in hospitality and presented his four pillars for success. 

Invitation-only Virtuoso comprises more than 1,200 travel agencies in 54 countries, 27 of which agencies are based in the UK and one in Ireland.

It will be hosting three more Virtuoso Connects events in Europe in 2023 including at Cheval The Edinburgh Grand in Scotland on 14 June.
