A2BTransfers.com has been rebranded HoppaGo, boasting a new website and updated technology platform and promising a renewed focus on trade relations.
The airport transfer and taxi specialist says its digital revolution will offer agents greater choice than ever before through its “seamless” new systems.
Of its new website and backend, HoppaGo says agents and clients can now access all its services through one platform.
Hoppa Group, formed through the acquisition and merger of Resorthoppa, says the revamp comes amid “rapid development of digital solutions” across the travel industry, and changing consumer demands.
Matt Hall, chief operating officer, said: “We are experts in our field with over ten years’ experience and with this new platform we will increase our capacity tenfold, which will assist agents with conversions.
“We are focusing on our trade partners with this new launch and want agents to feel confident that we have their reputation in mind with every transfer we fulfil and that their customers will always have an efficient and reliable experience with us.”
Danny Angus has been appointed chief technology officer while Chris Harrington has been appointed sales director.
Features of HoppaGo include automated account reporting and the ability to make connections via its booking engine or APIs, while new products include point to point capabilities and flexible booking.
Harrington added: “We appreciate selling ancillary products is not a priority for many businesses and want to make it as easy as possible to sell ground transportation by offering a one-stop shop offering the widest choice of options alongside excellent levels of service.”
New agents can register through the HoppaGo website, while existing A2BTransfers and Hoppa agents will be automatically redirected to the new site.
