The Advantage Travel Partnership has launched its 2022 membership survey, which will assess members’ recovery from the Covid pandemic and their preparedness for the impending cost of living crisis.
The annual survey will run throughout September exploring Advantage members’ business operations and commercial strategies. It will also seek feedback on the consortium’s communications and marketing activities.
It is open to the consortium’s full UK membership, with the results being used to inform the future direction of the business and its offering to members. The results will be published and shared with members in October.
Kelly Cookes, Advantage’s chief commercial officer, said: “The feedback that we have gained from similar exercises over the last few years has been invaluable in helping us further shape our proposition to members and provides us a greater understanding of the current challenges being faced by agents.”
