AmaWaterways is to introduce a new ship to its European fleet for summer 2020.
AmaSiena will be added to the fleet on July 1, 2020, when the 156-passenger ship will sail a range of seven, 10 and 11-night itineraries along the Rhine, Main, Moselle and Danube rivers.
The ship, which will be a sister to the line’s AmaMora, AmaLea and AmaKristina vessels, will feature 78 cabins including four suites, as well as a heated sun deck pool with a swim-up bar and fitness room.
Alongside AmaSiena’s main restaurant, there will also be a The Chef’s Table Restaurant offering a wine-paired tasting menu.
Rudi Schreiner, president and co-founder of AmaWaterways, said: “The popularity of river cruising continues to rise, and with the introduction of AmaSiena, we’re happy to be bringing more of our brand of personalised, luxury river cruising to our guests.
“When she debuts in 2020, AmaSiena will feature the exceptional cuisine, variety of active shore excursions, world-class service and of course, some innovative touches that travellers have come to expect each time we introduce a new ship to our fleet.”
