Attraction World has announced plans to expand its retail team with the appointment of a new business growth manager.
The newly-created role at the ticketing specialist will be tasked primarily with building relationships with homeworkers and consortia.
Head of retail Kelly Hayre told TTG the role would be field-based, working with a small number of accounts to increase the brand’s focus on the homeworking sector.
"Our vision continues to become a reality, and I’m over the moon to be able to announce further growth of my retail team." said Hayre. "This new role plays a crucial part in our continued growth strategy."
Hayre continued: "We are looking for a talented individual who is shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and is ready for a new challenge as we prepare to excel within the homeworking sector."
Hayre added the ideal candidate would have a proven track record in sales, a flexible approach to their work, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include managing existing B2B relationships and building fresh ones, delivering training on Attraction World’s portal, products, destinations and key USPs, acting as a point of contact for agents, attending industry events as an ambassador for Attraction World, and leading on partner marketing and incentives.
