British Airways is adding another daily flight between Heathrow and Chicago this summer as the carrier also announces a terminal switch at O’Hare International airport.
BA, which will start its third daily service on the Heathrow-Chicago route from 11 May, has just moved its departures at O’Hare from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3.
The airline said that the move to Terminal 3 in Chicago meant that passengers would now have access to joint business partner American Airlines’ lounges, as well as having its flights depart from the same terminal as its sister IAG carriers Aer Lingus and Iberia.
Neil Chernoff, British Airways’ chief planning and strategy officer, said: “Having flown to Chicago for 70 years we are constantly looking to further improve our service.
"The introduction of our third daily service to London and moving our departures to Terminal 3 alongside our Atlantic Joint Business partners, underscores our commitment to providing unparalleled service and convenience to our valued customers in Chicago."
