Caribbean specialist Parul Jadav joins Blue Bay Travel
James ChappleCaribbean specialist Parul Jadav has joined Blue Bay Travel as the Midlands-based agency and operator’s new product manager.
Jadav brings 16 years’ product development experience with Cuba specialist The Holiday Place, which operated the Cuba Holidays brand, to his new role.
He has also more recently completed stints with Truly Travel and The Travel Butler.
Besides Cuba and the wider Caribbean, Blue Bay said Jadav’s product knowledge spanned multiple destinations in Africa and the Middle East.
The agency plans to utilise his expertise to drive further growth after recording its best June trading day since 2019 earlier this month.
Jadav said he was joining Blue Bay at an opportune time, as travel "continues to rebound after the chaos of the past few years".
“I’m especially looking forward to reconnecting with partners, and I’m excited to be working with familiar faces in the product team and to be back in a product manager role," he added.
Blue Bay product development manager Greg Armstrong said Jadav’s experience made him an attractive candidate.
"His extensive product experience, coupled with his strong negotiation abilities afford him the opportunity to hit the ground running for sure," said Armstrong.
