Cook’s Club will open a new property in Rhodes – its third on the island and fifth in Greece – next summer, growing the Cook’s Club portfolio to 10.
The adults-only Cook’s Club Kolymbia will offer 271 rooms across seven buildings, including a mix of doubles and twins, as well as suites.
It is situated in the village of Kolymbia, near the beach on the Ionian, with the hotel’s design taking cues from he local culture and traditions.
The Cook’s Club brand was acquired by China’s Fosun Tourism Group following the collapse of Thomas Cook in September 2019.
A more youth-oriented brand, it places a focus on music, cocktails and street food, with guests free to take advantage of club nights featuring live DJ sets, themed parties and other exclusive events.
Besides two pools, the hotel also has three bars and three restaurants serving traditional Rhodian food, as well as Italian and Asian street food, plus a gym.
It sits alongside Cook’s Club’s other Rhodes properties, City Beach and Cook’s Club Ialysos, in the Cook’s Club portfolio, as well as Cook’s Club Hersonissos in Crete and Cook’s Club Corfu.
The brand is also established in Palma, Sunny Beach, Alanya, Adakoy and El Gouna.
