Crystal Cruises has relaunched under a new name and brand proposition, Crystal – Exceptional at Sea, after it was acquired by the A&K Travel Group last year.
As part of the brand overhaul, the line has refurbished Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony with updated suites, enhanced onboard wellness offerings and new dining and entertainment options.
Each ships’ spa and gym have been revamped, with its courts now able to host both paddle tennis and pickleball.
A refreshed approach to entertainment and events programming has also been developed, with more information to follow.
In 2023 and 2024, the vessels will sail throughout the Mediterranean; Northern Europe; Canada and New England; Alaska; the Caribbean; through the Panama Canal; the Middle East; Asia, Australia; and New Zealand.
"I am delighted to announce that Crystal is reborn, with Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony reimagined and enhancements made to every part of our guests’ journey," said Crystal president Jack Anderson.
"Palatial suites, spacious verandas and guest rooms have been rolled out on both ships, reducing overall guest capacity. Personalized service – long a Crystal signature – has been elevated further."
Agents have exclusive access to an early booking window from 1 February before bookings open to the public later this month.
The first sailings will be a Mediterranean cruise of Crystal Serenity on 31 July from Marseille while Crystal Symphony is scheduled to depart 1 September from Athens.
