EasyJet Holidays has extended its solo traveller offer after bookings for one adult trips soared following the initial launch of the promotion.
Customers booking through an agent can save £50 per adult and £25 per child on holidays with a minimum spend of £800, by using the code ONEADULT when booking.
The discount launched in February this year, and has been in high demand with one adult bookings increasing by nearly 350%, including customers who booked through an agent.
The operator said 70% of the bookings have been solo travellers whilst the rest have been single parent families. In response, easyJet Holidays has extended the code to bookings made by the end of September 2023, on all holidays departing until the end of October 2024.
Paul Bixby, easyJet holidays’ commercial director, said: "Since launching our one adult discount back in February, we’ve seen a significant increase in holidaymakers choosing one adult breaks, so we’re really pleased to be offering this great value deal for another year.
"It’s so important to us to make sure our unforgettable holidays are accessible to everyone, so I’m really proud that we’re enabling single parents and solo travellers the opportunity to holiday their way, across our selection of Europe’s most loved hotels."
Eligible trips include seven nights at the Kolymbia Bay Art Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis for £826 for a solo traveler, including 23kg of luggage per person, transfers and flights from Edinburgh on 16 June 2023.
Meanwhile, seven nights at the Mareblue Beach Resort on an all inclusive basis costs £872 for one adult and one child, including 23kg of luggage per person, transfers and flights from Luton on 18 April 2023.
