EasyJet holidays puts first-ever Cairo packages on sale

It comes after easyJet last month announced plans to launch flights to Egypt’s capital from Luton this winter. The route, the operator said, will open up the historic city as a city break option, as well as trips to the pyramids, Great Sphinx and the Nile.

A three-night stay at the four-star Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel on a room-only basis leads in from £365pp, including return flights departing on 11 November 2023. A stay at the five-star Concorde el Salam Cairo Hotel and Casino on a B&B basis leads in from £482pp, and a three-night stay at the five-star Hilton Cairo Heliopolis from £467pp.

Besides flights and accommodation, all easyJet holidays packages to Cairo include 23kg hold luggage, as well as transfers. EasyJet holidays commercial director Paul Bixby said he was confident the city would be a hit with holidaymakers.
