EasyJet holidays has followed Jet2holidays’ lead and cut prices on all bookings made through travel agents until 11pm on 4 June.
The trade can secure discounts of up to £200 when their customers spend a minimum of £2,000 and save £100 when customers spend £800 on any beach package holidays departing before 31 August 2024.
In early May, rival operator Jet2holidays started “slashing” summer 2024 prices on May and June departures through agents, before later expanding the sale to include its entire destination portfolio.
EasyJet holidays customers booking via agents can choose from more than 7,000 hotels in 100 destinations across Europe and north Africa including mainland Spain, Egypt, Majorca, Rhodes, Tenerife and Tunisia.
Natasha Marson, easyJet holidays’ head of trade distribution, said: “To celebrate our biggest summer season ahead, we’re thrilled to offer additional savings for our agent partners, for customers looking for those last-minute getaways at brilliant value, with fantastic choice across our entire beach portfolio, with over 100 destinations, perfect for families to enjoy right up until the end of August.”
The news of easyJet holidays’ sale comes two weeks after the operator put thousands of new packages on sale from Southend airport following the new base’s launch.
