Former Etihad sales chief Karen Sloane joins travel trade marketing outfit

Will PayneFormer Etihad head of global sales Karen Sloane has joined That’s The Ticket Tourism Consultancy as business development manager.
Sloane was also account director UK, Europe and Middle East for hotel chain Crystalbrook Collection.
While at Etihad, she was responsible for developing its presence in tour operator, wholesaler and independent luxury operator programmes.
Sloane also implemented global agreements and managed Etihad’s worldwide marketing budget for accounts such as Thomas Cook and Kuoni.
