Inghams has put seven-night 2024/25 Lapland experience holidays on sale after selling half its winter 2023/24 packages already.
The operator has sold 52% of its winter 2023/24 Lapland experiences and said early booking was needed to secure popular dates and accommodation.
Lapland holidays offer skiers and non-skiers multiple “winter wonderland” experiences including the chance to see the Northern Lights, ride in a reindeer or husky-drawn sleigh or drive a snowmobile.
Inghams chief executive Joe Ponte said: “We are pleased to now be taking Lapland bookings for winter 2024/25. Lapland continues to be our most popular destination, with both skiers and non-skiers delighting in the experience.”
Prices start at £699pp for seven nights in Villa Armas Cabins in Yllas, departing 19 January 2025 from Gatwick.
For 2024/2025, Lapland departures are available from 1 December 2024 to 16 February 2025 to three resorts, Levi, Saariselka and Yllas. Inghams said all three are “located well north of the Arctic Circle, at the optimum altitude for seeing the northern lights”.
New for 2024/25 is the Top Star Glass Cube accommodation, located at the top of Kaunispaa fell, 250km north of the arctic circle.
Rooms have heated glass covering the front wall and ceiling, allowing guests to experience the stars and northern lights. Seven nights’ half board at the four-star accommodation, in Saariselka, is from £1,889pp based on two adults sharing.
