James Villas to add hundreds of new Majorca properties
James ChappleJames Villa Holidays is set to embark on the largest production expansion in its 35-year history with the additional to its portfolio of hundreds of new properties across Majorca.
The villa specialist has nearly 300 options in Majorca available for agents to book for their clients through its trade portal, but plans to double this in the coming weeks.
It will increase the size of James Villas’ overall portfolio to in excess of 3,500 properties across the Mediterranean, in the Caribbean and also the US.
In particular, the brand – part of Awaze – will focus on adding capacity in what it described as "previously under-represented" areas of the island, such as Valledemossa, Arta, Capdepera and Felanitx.
There will also be new options in perennially popular locations like Pollenca in the island’s north.
Andreas Nau, James Villas managing director, said: says “The expansion in our Majorca product is a really exciting development.
"Many of the additions are traditional fincas in areas that lie a little off the beaten path, with spacious footprints and large private gardens in a more rural setting.
"They’re a great option for those travelling post-Covid looking for privacy and space, as well as an opportunity to discover somewhere new.”
