Jet2 to launch flights and holidays to Morocco next year
Harry KembleJet2.com and Jet2holidays will launch flights and holidays to Morocco next year.
The airline and operator on Wednesday (18 October) confirmed it would add Marrakech and Agadir to its 2024/25 programme.
Jet2 will offer flights to Marrakech from Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and Stansted, while services to Agadir will take off from Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Stansted.
Three of the routes – Glasgow to Marrakech, Bristol to Agadir, and Leeds Bradford to Agadir – are exclusive to Jet2.com.
The airline confirmed 180,000 seats for departures from October next year were now on sale.
Jet2holidays said customers can choose from 20 four- and five-star hotels in the Marrakech area, while there are nearly 20 hotels available through the Agadir programme.
Bookings can be secured with a £60 deposit, it added.
Chief executive Steve Heapy said: “With year-round availability, we are giving holidaymakers access to two famous holiday hotspots. We are incredibly excited about these new destinations, and we know how immensely popular they will be with our customers.”
He added: “This latest expansion demonstrates the strength of our growing business, and it comes off the back of customers and independent travel agents choosing to travel with us time and again."
