With just one week to go before the first-ever TTG New Zealand Fest, the agenda has been confirmed and final calls for registrations commence
The programme for the weeklong, free-to-attend virtual festival taking place 21-25 October consists of panel discussions, virtual fam trips and training presentations.
There will also be an interactive haka and Kiwi quiz, plus chances to win prizes including flights to New Zealand and campervan hire.
The content is designed for both new and experienced travel agents, and will focus largely on selling holidays to New Zealand in spring and the shoulder seasons.
“The spring showcase will demonstrate that New Zealand is a fantastic year-round destination, and shines outside of the summer months,” said Lilly Douglas, trade executive UK and Europe for Tourism New Zealand.
“Our shoulder seasons offer unique experiences for every visitor – we want to equip agents with the knowledge to create exceptional itineraries that highlight the best of New Zealand during these off-peak months.”
Travel agents are encouraged to sign up to attend TTG New Zealand Fest to learn everything from the basics and latest trends and product updates to business-building strategies and how to inspire customers to book.
“Many hosts will be joining us live from New Zealand and we can’t wait to inspire agents to confidently sell more of Aotearoa New Zealand,” said Douglas.
