MSC Cruises is to give away more than 60 sailings to UK and Irish agents during January – including the chance to experience the line’s new flagship sailing in the Caribbean.
The MSC Big Cruise Giveaway campaign has a cruise to be won each day next month – 31 for UK agents and 31 for Irish trade partners – who book any sailing included as part of MSC’s all-inclusive wave promotion.
The returning promotion launched on Wednesday (15 December) and runs until 31 March with drinks included on all sailings departing January 2022 to November 2022 in the Caribbean, Emirates, Red Sea, and Mediterranean.
The deal also includes MSC’s UK-based ships for 2022 sailing from Southampton - MSC Magnifica, operating January to April, and MSC Virtuosa, cruising from April to October.
During the giveaway campaign, agents will spend seven nights in a balcony cabin on a cruise-only basis onboard a ship of their choice, which must be taken before 31 March 2022.
The first winner will be announced on 1 January and all agents who make a qualifying booking will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Partners can chose to sail onboard the line’s newest vessel, MSC Seashore, in the Caribbean, explore the Red Sea onboard MSC Bellissima or visit Dubai and the Emirates onboard Virtuosa.
Last month MSC took more than 40 agents to Dubai for the christening of Virtuosa.
Alongside its latest incentive, the line will continue to run its MSC Agents League rewards programme, offering partners the chance to win “money can’t buy prizes” as part of its ongoing partnership with Chelsea football club.
Steve Williams, MSC’s UK and Ireland sales director, said the brand was “thrilled” to be launching its “biggest-ever” wave promotion.
“We are hoping that offering these seven-night prize sailings, coupled with award-winning ships and amazing itineraries, is the incentive agents need to really drive those bookings in January," he said.
“We have had great success with the MSC Agents league which will continue throughout next year but the Big Cruise Giveaway gives us the opportunity to take those incentives one step further and offer agents an amazing holiday experience.”
